MENTORSHIP
MONDAYS
The GRAMMY Museum excitingly partnered with GRAMMY U®, former First Lady Michelle Obama’s Reach Higher initiative, and some incredibly talented music industry professionals to present Mentorship Mondays! These virtual mentorship sessions originally ran from July 20, 2020 to August 31, 2020, and provided students with the opportunity to connect with established professionals across a wide variety of different careers.
These conversations served as a valuable tool for information, advice, and exploration into careers such as Performing Artists, Songwriters, Engineers, Producers, Managers, Booking Agents, Entertainment Lawyers, Publicists, Label Executives, and more! During the sessions, students were encouraged to ask questions and take part in the sessions as the format was intended to be very informal and conversational.
