Get ready for a night of music, celebration, and performances in the heart of DTLA. In celebration of Pride Month, the GRAMMY Museum is thrilled to launch our new Spotlight Saturdays Rooftop Summer Concert series held on the Museum’s outdoor Rooftop Terrace with PEG Records, featuring a night filled with performances by RuPaul’s Drag Race alumni Bob The Drag Queen, Manila Luzon, & Trinity The Tuck, DJ Jamie Alexandria spinning all night, and special SERV Vodka cocktails.
Spotlight Saturdays Rooftop Summer Concerts is the GRAMMY Museum’s new outdoor Summer concert series, bringing some of today’s most exciting up-and-coming artists to the stage for a memorable experience on the Museum’s Rooftop backdropped by breathtaking sunset views of DTLA.
The night will feature lively music performances, DJ, and Cash Bar.
BOB THE DRAG QUEEN:
Bob the Drag Queen is a drag performer and recording artist best known for winning the eighth season of Rupaul’s Drag Race. She has released various hit singles since his run on Drag Race (Purse First, Yet Another Dig) and appeared on television (A Black Lady Sketch Show, We’re Here) and film (Cherry Pop, The Queens). She currently co-hosts the podcast “Sibling Rivalry” with Monét X Change and continues to inspire others with his iconic comedy chops.
MANILA LUZON:
Manila Luzon is an international drag queen most famous for her campy twist on glamour, silly cross-eyed expressions, and signature black and blonde wigs. Her tongue-in-cheek style combines humorous themes with elegant fashion; from dresses inspired by cartoon characters to iconic gowns designed after her favorite foods, which her music also shows off as well. In her world, she only needs three things: hot food, hot shoes and hot couture!
TRINITY THE TUCK:
Trinity The Tuck, formerly known as Trinity Taylor, is a drag performer and recording artist best known for competing in the ninth season of Rupaul’s Drag Race, one of the winners of the third season of Rupaul’s Drag Race All Stars and currently on All Stars 7. She has released a chart-topping album (Plastic), starred in various music videos (Taylor Swift’s You Need to Calm Down, Aja’s I Don’t Wanna Brag), and has hosted a drag series (Love for the Arts). She currently is one of six faces for SERV Vodka and continues to dazzle audiences worldwide with her iconic performances.
