Welcome to the GRAMMY Museum Foundation Grant Program Letter of Inquiry process.  Before you get started, please note the following:

Forms must be completed and submitted by October 15, 2019.

3. Project Information

For a general audience as well as your peers, explain the goals of the project in clear and compelling language.

Grant requests may span a time period of up to twenty-four months and cannot overlap with previously awarded projects.

Preferred project start dates are between 7/1/20 – 10/1/20; however, start dates outside of this time frame will be considered.

The max request for Preservation Implementation and Research Grants is $20,000. The max request for Preservation Assistance Grants is $5,000.

4. Project Narrative

PRESERVATION APPLICANTS

Please provide a brief description of the project, including but not limited to the following:

Historical significance
Uniqueness and/or at-risk status
Intended dissemination/access
Existing project partners and/or financial support (if any)

RESEARCH APPLICANTS

Please provide a brief description of the project, including but not limited to the following items:

Research question
Methodology outline (number of subjects, control groups, etc.)
Impact/application of research
Existing project partners and/or financial support (if any)

Include both a short biography of experience relevant to the project as well as the role each will fill.
