Family Program- Tabla Pusher: Robin Sukhadia
The GRAMMY Museum education department will join the Museum’s “I Love LA” celebration when they welcome tabla artist Robin Sukhadia to the Clive Davis Theater on Saturday, August 17, 2013 from 11:00AM – 12:00PM. Sukhadia, who has been studying these classical north Indian drums for the past eleven years and works with Project Ahimsa to empower youth through music, will bring the history of the tabla to life through song. This program is perfect for families and will encourage children to play the tabla with Sukhadia.
