An Evening With Cassandra Wilson
Join as the GRAMMY Museum hosts acclaimed jazz musician and vocalist, Cassandra Wilson, two days after the release of her new album Silver Pony, for an onstage interview and performance. In the Museum’s 200 seat Clive Davis Theater, Wilson will sit down with Executive Director, Robert Santelli to discuss her career and how she found inspiration to record a follow-up to 2008’s GRAMMY-winning Lovely. The result is Silver Pony (Blue Note) which features the first live tracks released by Wilson since 1991 as well as a mix of live recordings from a European tour. Following the interview, Wilson will take audience questions and perform.
