The Drop: Mike Posner

Mike Posner is not short of talent or success in the music industry with worldwide hits including “Cooler than me” and “I Took a Pill in Ibiza.” The latter climbed to the No. 1 spot on Billboard’s Pop Songs chart and he also had two Billboard Hot 100 Top 10 songs. Not only has Posner created hits of his own, but he’s also credited for tracks like Justin Bieber’s “Boyfriend,” Maroon 5’s “Sugar,” and Labrinth and Emeli Sandé’s “Beneath Your Beautiful.” Extremely talented and raw, Posner lets his audience see his soul and vulnerability through his music. His recently released new album At Night, Alone. is deeply personal and introspective. Posner has been praised for his honesty in his new album, having wrote or co-wrote every song. Most recently, Posner has joined Demi Lovato and Nick Jonas on their arena tour. The GRAMMY Museum is pleased to welcome Mike Posner to the Clive Davis Theater for an intimate discussion on his new album and career, moderated by Scott Goldman, Vice President of the GRAMMY Foundation and MusiCares. The conversation will be followed by a special performance.
