In a career that has spanned more than four decades, GRAMMY-winning singer/songwriter Bryan Adams has sold more than 65 million albums worldwide, garnered 21 Top 10 hits, earned nominations for three Academy Awards and five Golden Globes, received 18 Juno Awards, among numerous other awards and accolades. Adams’ live performances have established him as one of the world’s best rock vocalists of our time, performing over 120 concerts a year for audiences around the globe. And through his namesake foundation he has helped build schools and supported organizations that have helped disadvantaged people around the world. Now, with more than three decades of albums under his belt, Adams is set to release his 13th studio album, Get Up. Produced by famed ELO frontman Jeff Lynne and co-written with his longtime collaborator Jim Vallance, the album is a solid collection of well-crafted rock songs, from up-tempo tracks such as lead single “Brand New Day,” “You Belong To Me” and “Thunderbolt,” to gentler songs such as “Don’t Even Try” and “We Did It All,” plus the alternative Adams-produced acoustic versions, highlighting his unique voice and depth. The GRAMMY Museum welcomes Adams to the Clive Davis Theater for an intimate performance and discussion surrounding his career and his new album, hosted by GRAMMY Foundation Vice President Scott Goldman.
