Roland Cloud: 808 goes Lo-Fi workshops ft. Sarah the Illstrumentalist

Join Roland Cloud and award-winning Lo-Fi artist Sarah the Illstrumentalist for a musical conversation about the legendary 808, featuring live beat creation and sampling. Special access to Roland Cloud software for attendees.

Total Time: 60 minutes          

Part one of the workshop will be presented by Jared Selter (Director of Education for Roland Cloud). Jared will give an overview of the legendary TR-808 drum machine via the Roland Cloud software instrument and Zenbeats, Roland’s digital audio workstation.

The second part of the workshop will feature Sarah the Illstrumentalist, who will make a beat using samples with the Roland SP-404mkII, a modern iconic sampling drum machine made famous via the Lo-Fi music community.
