Homegrown: Andy Grammer

Join us for our inaugural installment of Homegrown, a new series that will feature local, Los Angeles-area based musicians performing in our intimate 200-seat Clive Davis Theater. kick off the series, we welcome one of Billboard Magazine’s “2011 Artist To Watch,” Andy Grammer. Beautifully blending classic and modern styles into a catchy cocktail of genuine pop, Grammer carries a moving spark to his sound that’s unique in every sense of the word. Andy got his start playing as a street performer on the Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica, since then he’s opened for some of the industry’s brightest stars, including Plain White T’s, Josh Kelley and will open for Natasha Bedingfield this summer. Grammer is now hailed as one of the top-selling artists to come out of the scene, and packs out LA’s most historic music venues, like the Roxy and House of Blues on a regular basis. Hear Grammer perform selections from his new, self-titled, debut album set for release on June 14 on S-Curve Records. Along with the performance, Homegrown will also feature a short discussion with Vice President of the GRAMMY Foundation Scott Goldman as well and an audience Q&A.
