Universally hailed as one of the most popular rock acts in the world, Foreigner has racked up sixteen top thirty hits, multi-platinum best-selling albums and sold-out concerts. Foreigner has captivated generation after generation by mixing of rock, blues and exquisitely crafted pop sounds. With more songs than any other artist heard last summer in the hit film, Rock of Ages, the rock-n-roll pioneers continue to entertain fans across the globe. With a landmark 70 million albums sold and a new compilation three-disc box set that includes a new acoustic album and a DVD titled Feels Like The First Time available exclusively through WalMart, Foreigner is currently on a world tour. Join us as we welcome the band to The GRAMMY Museum for a rare discussion and performance, as The GRAMMY Foundation celebrates Foreigner’s contribution to its music in high school program. An Evening With Foreigner will be the first in a new series broadcasting live on AXS TV, the premier television destination for live events, breaking news and as-they-are-happening trends in the worlds of pop culture, music, fashion, and entertainment. The event will be moderated by Vice President of the GRAMMY Foundation and MusiCares, Scott Goldman.
