As part of the GRAMMY Museum’s GRAMMY Week 2026 Education & Community Engagement programming, this immersive session explores how video game music is created, released, and transformed into a lasting cultural and economic force.
Featuring Steve Molitz (Head of Music & Lead Composer, Saber Interactive), Sebastian Wolff (Founder & CEO, Materia Music), and Cayley Tull (Co-Founder, Let Music Fill My World), the panel brings together leaders representing every stage of the video game music ecosystem—from composition and technical implementation to soundtrack releases, fan engagement, and long-term royalties.
Participants will gain insight into adaptive scoring, interactive music systems, soundtrack distribution, and how composers build sustainable careers in gaming. The session concludes with a hands-on recording workshop, where audience members will contribute audio that will appear in a future Saber Interactive game release, giving participants a real-world credit and a unique, resumé-worthy experience.
Admission: Free with the purchase of a GRAMMY Museum general admission ticket.
