Donald Glover doesn’t exactly have the stereotypical hip-hop backstory. Before he became known on the mic, he was a successful writer, actor and comedian – writing for 30 Rock and acting on the NBC cult comedy Community.  As Childish Gambino, Glover has released 2 full-length albums and multiple mixtapes, most recently, the acclaimed because the internet on Glassnote Records. An honest and bold step forward, because the internet has secured Childish Gambino as one of the most exciting talents in music. Childish Gambino has received critical acclaim from publications such as The Source, XXL, Entertainment Weekly, Rolling Stone, NPR and more. Childish Gambino, with his unique blend of hip-hop genres and lyrical genius, has gone from a viral cult following to a mega sensation.
