The Influence of DJs on Hip-Hop + the Art of Sampling
Join us for a conversation and live demonstration surrounding the influence of DJs on Hip-Hop and the Art of Sampling with DJ Khalil and Serato’s Sonny James, moderated by Schyler O’Neal, GRAMMY Museum Manager of Education and Community Engagement.
This event is in partnership with Serato, with funding support from the Council District 9 Office.
Members of the audience will receive a free 3-month license of Serato Studio – the ultimate DAW for beat making and sample-based production.
