The show that made country music famous showcases some of the genre’s most popular artists in its first feature film, American Saturday Night: Live From The Grand Ole Opry. The film captures onstage Opry performances and backstage moments with Opry members Brad Paisley, Blake Shelton, and Darius Rucker, as well as crowd favorites The Band Perry and Brett Eldredge. “Anyone who has ever spent a night at the Opry or played its stage will tell you there’s nothing like it in the world,” said Pete Fisher, Opry Vice President and General Manager. “This film captures everything that makes the Opry special and showcases performances by some of today’s most compelling artists.” American Saturday Night: Live From The Grand Ole Opry is directed by George J. Flanigen IV. Executive Producers are Steve Buchanan, Robert Deaton, Pete Fisher, and Flanigen. The GRAMMY Museum is thrilled to present a special screening of this film, followed by a Q&A with Pete Fisher and George Flanigen, moderated by Scott Goldman, Vice President of the GRAMMY Foundation and MusiCares.
