The Guest Services Associate is a highly motivated individual who is engaged in the world of music. You will be responsible for providing information about the Grammy Museum to guests and visitors, as well as assisting management in all matters related to ticketing and retail store operations.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

 

• Assist customers with ticket purchases by using TicketSocket/Universe and handling cash transactions.
• Keep track of timed ticket allotments to monitor the GRAMMY Museum’s capacity limits.
• Provide information to guests and visitors about the GRAMMY Museum.
• Oversee ticket operations in the manager’s absence and follow procedures for opening and closing ticket booths.
• Accurately reconcile all ticket sales at the end of each business day.
• Work closely with operations staff to monitor crowd flow and capacity limits.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstation and retail store at all times.
• Assist management with special projects.
• Assist the store manager with all store duties, including opening and closing the retail store, ensuring it is maintained and stocked.
• Recommend, select, and help locate merchandise for guests.
• Give tours to groups of adults or students as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
