An Evening With Lzzy Hale and Joe Hottinger of Halestorm

The Grammy Museum is thrilled to welcome Lzzy Hale and Joe Hottinger, lead singer and lead guitarist of the band Halestorm to the Museum’s intimate 200-seat Clive Davis Theater for an evening discussing their most recent album, Everest, creative process, career, and more, with a special live performance.

Grammy-winning hard rock band Halestorm has grown from a childhood dream of siblings Lzzy and Arejay Hale into one of the most celebrated rock bands of the last two decades. The RIAA-Certified Platinum band’s music has surpassed a billion streams worldwide and claimed seven #1s at rock radio. Fronted by the incomparable Lzzy Hale with drummer Arejay Hale, guitarist Joe Hottinger, and bass player Josh Smith, Halestorm has earned a reputation as a commanding live music force, headlining sold-out shows and topping festival bills around the world, and sharing the stage with icons including Iron Maiden, Heaven & Hell, Alice Cooper, Joan Jett and the late Ozzy Osbourne, where Lzzy Hale marked the only woman on the bill of “Back To The Beginning,” his final show.

Last year, the band released Everest, their sixth full-length studio album documenting their perpetual climb as a band. Recorded with Grammy Award winning producer Dave Cobb (Brandi Carlile, Chris Stapleton, Jason Isbell), Everest is a dark, deeply personal effort that pushed each musician to their artistic limits, ultimately resulting in an evocative, genuine collection of rock songs. Rolling Stone named the album one of their “Best Metal Albums of 2025.”
